Adam Paggi PT, DPT

Adam graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He is a licensed physical therapist and the owner of Paggi Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation in Brookline, Massachusetts. He has experience with high school, college, amateur and professional level athletes. He is certified in Graston Technique® and dry needling. Adam is also involved with various independent research projects at Tufts Medical Center in Boston and is a published co-author in the Sports Medicine Arthroscopic Research Journal and the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Physical Therapy Program at Northeastern University and the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Bay State College. 

Adam received his undergraduate degree from Boston College with an academic concentration in pre-medical studies and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Ethics. 

Adam’s first experience with physical therapy came as a patient, following a series of high school football and basketball injuries. A passion for sports continues into his treatment practice today, whether working with athletes, weekend warriors or people just looking to feel better. Clinical interests include shoulder, knee and ankle conditions but Adam has extensive experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Prior to Paggi Physical Therapy, Adam worked at Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys mountain biking, fishing, and spending time with Kim and their three children.


Meghan Hesketh, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC

Meghan graduated from Sacred Heart University with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2017 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2020. Meghan’s clinical interests include evaluating and treating a variety of orthopedic and sport musculoskeletal injuries and return to play protocols. Meghan specifically has experience as an ATC and PT with baseball athletes from high school aged to professional athletes. During her free time, she enjoys participating in Boston recreational sports leagues, visiting Cape Cod with her family, and taking her dog on hikes.


Amanda Kuczmiec, PT, DPT, CSCS

Amanda graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Amanda has furthered her education by pursuing a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) in 2019, UESCA Certified Running Coach in 2020, Level 2 Certified Running Gait Analyst in 2021. Amanda's clinical interests include helping endurance runners and field sport athletes participate fully in their activity of choice. She has had experience implementing both injury prevention and treatment programs for road runners, soccer players, and basketball players. In her free time, she enjoys training for road races, hiking the NH 4000 footers, and spending time with friends and family.


Emily Boyko, PT, DPT

Emily graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science and psychology minor degree, where she was a 4 year member of their Division I varsity swim team. She then went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, graduating in 2020.

Emily enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports injuries with a specific interest in treating runners. Emily was able to channel her previous experiences as a competitive swimmer, transition to a competitive runner and furthered her education by becoming a level 1 and level 2 Certified Running Gait Analyst. Additionally, she is certified in Dry Needling and Active Release Technique for upper and lower extremity.

She is passionate about helping runners prevent injuries, reach their goals and most importantly, keep running. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being active, going to the beach and walking her dogs.


Luke Bellone, PT, DPT

Luke graduated from Franklin Pierce University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022. Prior to attending graduate school he received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from University of Massachusetts - Lowell.

He has previous experience as a strength and conditioning coach working at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning where he specialized in training high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Luke has furthered his education by pursuing his dry needling certification. His clinical interests include sports medicine, orthopedics, ACL reconstruction rehab and active adults utilizing skilled treatment plans which highlight functional performance and injury prevention.

In Luke’s free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, playing soccer and reading.


Kim Paggi, Business Manager

Kim graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Carroll School of Management. At Paggi PT, Kim is responsible for managing business operations, marketing, and community outreach.

Previously, Kim worked for an institutional asset management company as a marketing specialist and alternative funds specialist. She was awarded the Claritas® Investment Certificate, a program to enhance knowledge in finance, ethics, and investments, through the CFA Institute in 2013. 

Kim has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys running, weight training, and spending time with Adam and their three children.
