Paggi PT 3D Running Analysis

Our Helix 3D Running Analysis collects 60+ data points detailing individualized running mechanics. These metrics allow for advanced treatment approaches to current injuries, prevention of future injuries … and help you run faster. Whether your goal is to run your first 5K or to PR your next marathon, this Paggi PT service will go through an in-depth assessment of your history and running biomechanics to keep you strong, healthy, and crushing your goals!

    • Gait asymmetries: Differences in stride between your left and right side can give us insight into where and why you are experiencing pain

    • Cadence: The number of steps you take in a minute influences both foot-strike pattern and the amount of force places on the body with each step

    • Shin Angle: The angle of your shin when your foot strikes the ground tells us where  stresses are placed on your body while running

    • And more!

    • Improved diagnostic accuracy: Three dimensional analysis identifying subtle abnormalities in gait that might be missed in traditional assessment

    • Early detection and injury prevention: Identification of slight imbalances that may be causing training plateaus and lead to advanced injury

    • We create personalized treatment plans tailored to your specific needs. These plans are coupled with targeted interventions including running-specific exercises, footwear recommendations, and other advanced treatment modalities.

    • We track your progress with regular 3D running assessments, allowing for adjustments in treatment plans as needed.

    • We improve running outcomes through this process of advanced assessment, enhanced treatment, and progress monitoring.
